Reservation terms, in plain words.
A reservation costs $3. It holds the founding price of $149 a year, headband included, and your founding number. It is not a purchase. WELV is in development.
Shipping
Founding members’ headbands ship by December 25, 2026; if that changes, we’ll email you, and you can still get your $3 back at any time.Founding members ship first; we’ll email you the date, and you can still get your $3 back at any time.
Completing your purchase
In early December we email you a personal link to complete your purchase, with 7 days to decide. The balance is never charged automatically, and you can choose not to pay it. Your $3 counts toward your first year, so $146 remains.
Refunds
You can get your $3 back at any time before you complete your purchase: reply “refund” to any WELV email or write to hello@welvflow.com. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days; your bank usually shows it 5 to 10 business days later.
If you don’t complete your purchase within 7 days of that email, or if WELV hasn’t shipped by December 31, 2027, we refund your $3 automatically.
Price and membership
Founding prices are limited to the first 100 reservations; after that, new reservations are $249 a year. Your membership year starts on the day your headband is delivered.
Renewal is separate from the reservation: once you complete your purchase, your membership renews at $149 a year for as long as it stays active, and you can cancel before any renewal.
Returns
After delivery, you have 30 days to return the headband for a full refund, and we pay return shipping within the US.
After the first 100 reservations
A reservation made after the founding spots are taken holds the price of $249 a year, headband included; there is no founding number. $246 remains after your $3. Your headband ships right after the founding members’ December 25 shipment; we’ll email you the date, and the personal link comes before it ships. Your membership renews at $249 a year for as long as it stays active, and you can cancel before any renewal.
These terms apply as they stood on the day you reserved.
